As the saying goes, "When one door closes, another one opens." How often do we run into a closed opportunity and think we won't find another? Do we only ever get one chance, or is it up to us to seek out a new path, rather than waiting for another door to open without effort?
Success can come from luck and good timing, but more often than not, it requires a desire to succeed and the understanding that nothing worth having comes free or easy. You might even have to pick up a sledgehammer and knock down a wall in order to build a new way through.
