By the way, this is NOT a food blog. I'm a writer who happens to love spending time in the kitchen and in turn sharing what I like most with visitors to this site.
The culinary arts is one of the most versatile and enjoyable, and not just in my opinion. There are no limits to what one can create, though some finished products may be better off used for food fights. Nonetheless, it is a noble art and in my case a source of creativity, excitement, experimentation, and pure joy. Time spent in the kitchen takes me back to my early days helping my mother bake cookies, many successful and failed experiments, and my time at culinary school. So appease your taste buds, enjoy, and let me know how they work out for you!
