How do you work smarter?
Guilty as charged . . . when it comes to not relaxing often enough. Sure, I rest, I enjoy the outdoors, and I read without any thought to what comes next, but not as often as I should. I've always had this feeling that if I don't work and work and work then the work won't get done, and that's not a healthy way to go about life. It helps that I enjoy my work, but the body and mind still need time to do nothing except breathe and not think. I recently started mindful meditation, and boy is it tough when all you want to do is get up and go. I do find it helps me focus and it's a great way to start the morning.
