Sunday Walk and Horses

A nice walk in the open air surrounded by mountains clears my mind when a story has me stuck. Of course, I'm lucky to not have that problem at the moment. The writing is going well. I'm at the point in the book (every book I write) where I've jumped the middle hurdle and feel much more relaxed.

This means more time for mid-morning walks. I forgot my camera, but the newfangled phone seems to do a decent job of capturing a moment in a pinch.

I do love to be surrounded by mountains.

And saying hello to four-legged friends.

And watching them all enjoy their autumn grass.

Whether I'm writing a Kyndall, Gallagher, or British Agent book, I find inspiration in nature's beauty and the simple things that grace daily life. I hope you have a place of solace or practice that brings you joy and peace.

Back to writing!
