Summer Scones

Do you like scones? I simply adore them. Really, I love scones. I can happily eat one for breakfast, snack, lunch, tea, and even with dinner. They're one of my favorite summer treats because the ones I make are light and fluffy, more like a traditional scone or bread. I have a cast-iron Scottish scone recipe I plan on trying in the coming weeks. In the meantime, feel free to browse through some of the recipes on this website.
