Know Your Worth ~ #UpbeatAuthors

We are worth more than the sum of others' opinions.

COURAGE GOES HAND hand in hand with self-esteem. Knowing your own worth, and letting the world see the real you, is, in my opinion, one of the bravest things a person can do. Let the world see your beauty within, and seek to find the beauty in others. Self-esteem, self-worth, whatever you want to call it, is the sum of who you are and who you want to be, not what others think of you.

Be brave. Be you!

Briley brushed her gloved hand over the mare’s neck. “You deserve a fine name, that you do. Nessa is what I’ll call you. She was a strong and brave female warrior who lived long ago in Ireland. You’ll be strong and brave for me, won’t you, girl?” –From "Briley of Crooked Creek"

Continuing with sharing music videos on Upbeat Author Mondays, here's "Brave" by Sara Bareilles. So much energy and positivity in this song. Enjoy!
