Appreciate the Journey ~ #UpbeatAuthors

Learn to appreciate the journey.

CLIMBING THE PROVERBIAL ladder in life or business is a journey of mistakes, joys, setbacks, and accomplishments. Remember to remember others on your way up. Reaching the peak will be so much more rewarding when you've shared the experiences—good and bad—with those who helped you reach your goals. We never really reach the top of the ladder because there's always more to learn and more to achieve. Success comes when we're happy with what we have, who we are, and where we're going. When you do reach "the top," what story will you have written?

"The people gave me purpose. I thought of returning to Pennsylvania a few times, especially in those early days, but I couldn't leave them. I couldn't leave the home we'd built together." –From "Whitcomb Springs"

I really like the message in this song. "Anyway" by Martina McBride. Enjoy!

Meet the Author

MK McClintock writes stories for those who enjoy escaping to another time and place, where their imaginations are free and open to simple pleasures and stories with plenty of happy-ever-afters—at least for the good guys. Villains get a different kind of ending.
