“I’m in love with Montana. For other states I have admiration, respect, recognition, even some affection.
But with Montana it is love. And it’s difficult to analyze love when you’re in it.”
― John Steinbeck, Travels with Charley: In Search of America
Glorious Scottish Highlands
These images are from my 2005 week-long holiday in Scotland. I flew into Edinburgh, but after securing my rental car, I drove north and spent seven magnificent days in the Highlands. Returning to Scotland is at the top of my must-do list. I think of her often and remember her fondly. If there was ever only one place I could visit again, it would be Scotland.
